Wendy is the founder and principal of Mediation Matters Melbourne. She is also a co-founder of The FDR Collective. Wendy is a lawyer, nationally accredited mediator, family dispute resolution practitioner, conflict coach and is also trained in collaborative practice.

Since commencing her career as a family lawyer in 1999, Wendy has been successfully assisting clients in resolving their post-separation matters relating to children, property, and finances. In 2011, Wendy shifted her focus to practising exclusively in mediation and family dispute resolution. 

With a background in psychology, Wendy is compassionate and understanding of relationship challenges. Her constructive approach aims to help clients resolve their issues respectfully and collaboratively, with a focus on moving forward. 

Given her extensive experience, Wendy is highly sought after for industry training and coaching and she consults for Relationships Australia and Monash University.
