WENDY GADDIE
Wendy is the founder and principal of Mediation Matters Melbourne. She is a lawyer, Advanced AMDRAS Mediator, Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, Conflict Coach and is also trained in child-inclusive and collaborative practice.
Since commencing her career as a family lawyer in 1999, Wendy has been successfully assisting clients in resolving their post-separation matters relating to children, property, and financial arrangements. In 2011, she shifted her focus to practising exclusively in mediation and family dispute resolution.
With a background in psychology, Wendy brings a compassionate and insightful approach to the complexities of interpersonal conflict. She is committed to helping clients resolve issues respectfully and collaboratively, with a emphasis on constructive, forward-focused outcomes.
Wendy is also an industry trainer and coach and she has been recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a recommended family law mediator.
